Welcome to our spacious main rental room, the largest in the house, featuring tall ceilings and beautiful fireplaces. This versatile space is perfect for gatherings, comfortably seating 28 guests at tables or accommodating up to 34 for cocktail mingling. Enjoy the dynamic atmosphere with ever-changing art displays, and there is a restroom located within the room. Experience the perfect setting for your next event!
This is our charming dining room, a perfect setting for intimate gatherings and small meetings, comfortably accommodating up to 8 people This inviting space often transforms into a delightful spot for serving food during parties held in the parlor. Adorning the walls are exquisite paintings created by Grace Houston-Biamonte, the last member of the Houston family to reside in this beautiful house. Come and experience the warmth and history that this room has to offer.
The Dackin Family Kitchen
We offer a fully equipped kitchen, including a fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. It's the ideal space for organizing and plating your culinary creations before serving them in the dining room. Enjoy the convenience and functionality our kitchen offers for all your cooking needs!
Please Note: The back studio is NOT included in any of the multi-room/house rentals and may be used for classes/art league business at any point. If our upstairs studios on the second floor are scheduled to be open at the time of your event, there may be people visiting upstairs. (front staircase is not to be blocked during these hours) 4 hours includes your set up and clean up time.
